TO QUALIFY

To qualify these eligibility requirements must be met along with a
referral from the patient's treatment facility. Potential guests should coordinate a request through their treatment facility doctor or social worker. Space is limited

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

1. Patients must be in active cancer treatment.
2. Patient must permanently reside more than 100 miles away from their cancer treatment center. 
3. Each patient must be accompanied by a caregiver.
4. A valid ID and permanent address are required.

All individuals who meet eligibility requirements will be welcomed regardless of race, creed, citizenship, disability, gender, color, ethnic heritage, veteran status, economic status, or sexual orientation.
